TWG Marketing Services:

TWG maintains by far the largest central database of mailing addresses to Ukrainians and Ukraine-interested parties in the greater metropolitan Washington, DC, Baltimore, Virginia, and Maryland areas. TWG offers several ways to market your event, including Website Posting, Electronic Mailing, and Regular Mailing.

Website Posting includes formatting and posting of an event on TWG's website www.TheWashingtonGroup.org under the link "Events." The website averages over 2,400 unique visitors per month.

Electronic Mailing includes sending to approximately 750 e-mail addresses.

Regular Mailing may include announcement formatting, printing, postage placement, addressing, or sending mail to approximately 600 Ukrainian local addresses.

We offer the following rates for our Marketing Services:

1. Website Posting only: $50/3 months
2. Electronic Mailing only: $50/sending 3 times to nearly750 recipients
3. Website Posting and Electronic Mailing: $70/3 months
4. Website Posting, and Electronic Mailing, and Regular Mailing, Abridged (purchaser provides printed post-card size announcements and postage): $150
5. Website Posting, and Electronic Mailing, and Regular Mailing, Full (includes announcement formatting, printing onto post-card size quality paper, placing postage, addressing, and sending mail): $450

If TWG may add its name to the announcement as a co-sponsor of the event, these prices are cut by half.

TWG will consider offers for like-kind advertising on a case-by-case basis.

TWG reserves the right to reject or amend the content of announcements based on appropriateness and space requirements.

The Washington Group (TWG) will soon publish its 2006-2007 TWG Directory. TWG is an organization of Ukrainian-American professionals dedicated to providing service to the Ukrainian-American community and to fostering close ties between the United States and Ukraine. TWG is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.

I am writing to offer you an opportunity to advertise in the TWG Directory. The TWG Directory lists current contact information for all members, as well as Washington area Ukrainian organizations. Over 600 active members received our last Directory published in 2001.

The TWG Directory will stay in circulation for at least two years and is constantly referenced by our members and the Ukrainian community. Advertising in the TWG Directory means that our members will repeatedly see your ad over an extended period. Unlike a magazine or a conference directory that stays in circulation for only a short time, our members keep and use the TWG Directory as the definitive address book of the Ukrainian community in the Washington area.
